CompuServe

2. Press 1 (Current Member)
3. Press 5 (Cancellation)
4. Press 1 (if email ends with "cs.com" or using CS2000 or Premiere) or
5. Press 2 (email ends in "compuserve.com" or using version 4.0 or earlier)
6. You'll need to have your credit card or checking account number, plus

My ISP is not listed
We might not have your ISP listed. You can do two things:
Go to your current internet service provider (isp) home page or web site to view the cancellation procedures-if not available- you have two choices:

1. COMPOSE CANCELLATION E- MAIL AND SEND TO YOUR CURRENT    PROVIDER MAKING SURE ALL THE PERTINENT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED! ALSO REQUEST VERIFICATION OF CANCELLATION BY RETURN E-MAIL OR US MAIL!

2. CALL THEIR TECH SUPPORT NUMBER AND CANCEL BY FOLLOWING THE PROMPTS TO CANCEL SERVICE. -IF NOT AVAILABLE- FOLLOW PROMPTS TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. HAVE ALL THE PERTINENT INFORMATION AT HAND. ALSO REQUEST VERIFICATION OF CANCELLATION!
